Here's a progression of photos showing the cowling coming together. It goes on and off the airplane about 50 times during this process. In the end, I'm happy with the fitment and can't wait to see how it looks once it's painted.
3/16" gap per plans between back spinner plate and the front of the cowl.
On, assess, remove, sand, on, assess, remove, sand.....
