Well this was quite the section. There's a ton of work to do and I felt like I was back in the empennage section with the amount of assembly, disassembly and rivteing that was required. The canopy frame came together fairly quickly, but I was mindful to prevent twist in the frame which is emphasized in the plans several times. There is a somewhat sizeable gap on the left side of the frame between the canopy rail and the canopy frame (about 3/16"), but in the end it was consumed/filled by the seal that attaches to the lower portion of the frame. Time will tell if that's good enough to seal out moisture. Other builders noted the same issue and said the seal worked as intended.
