Here's a progression of photos showing the cowling coming together. It goes on and off the airplane about 50 times during this process. In the end, I'm happy with the fitment and can't wait to see how it looks once it's painted.

3/16" gap per plans between back spinner plate and the front of the cowl.

On, assess, remove, sand, on, assess, remove, sand.....

I assembled the baffles a few months earlier than the actual install. They're included in the FWF kit and I had the opportunity to get the work done while I waited for engine/avionics.
